Fundraising and Donations

 
Hello everyone. Lab Rescue is now accepting HBC (Club Z) points as donations. Although we will not be able to give a receipt for them they will be greatly appreciated.

Lab Rescue was started in April of 2003 because of our love for Labrador Retrievers. We are a registered non-profit group dedicated to helping abused, abandoned and unwanted Labrador Retrievers find new forever homes.

Rescues rely greatly on the generosity of the public. Any money received through adoptions or donations is put directly back into the “Lab Fund”. All of the people involved in Lab Rescue help purely out of their love for animals and no monetary value is received for their time.

Our common goal, to help reduce the amount of homeless animals, has brought us together. Now we invite you to join our team and help us by supporting our efforts. As we prepare for our annual charity auction, to help with current financial needs of rescues, we are approaching community minded people for the donation of products, services, or gift certificates that could be auctioned off that evening. With the generosity and support of people like you we can continue our rescue efforts.

As an entirely not-for-profit volunteer-run organization, we are grateful for any charitable donations.

Your contribution goes directly to helping labs in need of rescue as well as their medical care. Monetary donations are always appreciated; other items such as the following are always needed:
  • Leashes
  • Collars
  • Beds/Blankets
  • Food/Treats
  • Food/Water Bowls
  • Toys
  • Crates
