Pet Transfer Pet Transfer was started to help address the problem of animals that were on death row at the pound. The majority of these forgotten pets just need a hand to find another shelter or home. The Bay of Islands SPCA covers an area from Port Aux Basques to St. Anthony as well as the Hampton White Bay area. They are currently raising money to build a bigger shelter however until this dream becomes a reality we at Pet Transfer have decided to help out. To date we have transferred about 96 animals that would have otherwise been euthanized.
